You are wonderful!
I really don't know how to manage a blog like this.. and not sure whether I will enjoy.
It seems like I have to talk too much here, which I am not quite good about.
I Just want to thank Peter for his lovely reading which I enjoy so........... much!
As If In Love Again was my very first experience in writing for real duet reading. I have been thinking about it for quite some time.. but could not.
Suddenly, in the middle my very busy time, this poem rushed to my head. I had to stop my editing and circuit drawing to welcome her.
And yes, she came dressing out beautifully, so cute that I could not resist her eagerness to show herself on the website.
I went back to work but she was so.... disturbing.
"Sorry, sweety, I am not ready to read you." I told her. "You know how stammering I am reading English. I don't have time to play with you now"
"I will not take you too long time, I promise." She said. "Plese, I am so beautiful, I can't wait. Please......"
I ignored her.. but she was really disturbing.. My hand did not believe me any more. It reached out for my new toy, little IC Recorder, and she added the idea to my head that, with external mic, it was easier to record.
She smiled so sweetly. How could you ignore her simple enjoyment, just reading her out. She was right. She was so beautiful that I could get through reading her in one record.
Of course, with a few mistakes to edit!
Sound editing did not take too much time.. She was then, beautiful with sound and scene.. but still disturbing. It had to be duet reading but my reading pal must be fast sleeping at that 3 am..
Ah.. Peter. Yes, Peter! Thinking of his "Oh you love me. Yes!" I could not help laughing.
Faithful Peter read for me very fluently. His English was much much better than mine. His reading was clear. The way he express the feeling for the poem was so...... Oh..
I had hard time doing this duet sound editing. I laughed till I cried.
Yes! I enjoy so much, Peter.
Thank you Peter!!!
You are wonderful!

Thida,
ReplyDeleteI have followed your web pages for a long time. Where do you find the emotion to create such pages? And since you began reading the poems, the richness of the World of Dream has increased greatly!
I hope you will continue to create. Remember there are probably many who enjoy your world, though you may never hear from them directly. Continue to share your love with the world and create a World of Dream for all who read.
